You have been very thorough and helpful in the selection of a plan and explaining the benefits of each to me. Having only retired recently, I was at first somewhat reluctant to add another financial obligation to my budget. Thanks to you however, I now feel very comfortable and assured that it is one of the best investments I can make now in order to protect my assets and income in the future. It is also very comforting to know that I won’t be a financial burden on my family at some point. Ray was the third long-term care person I spoke with and I decided to stick with him because he was patient and helpful. He sent me good information so I could do my own research, and he was always willing to answer my questions, even after I’d asked the same thing several times. By the time I decided to purchase a policy I felt well informed and that I had learned as much as I could about what policy I should choose.
