Our trusted friend of many years had gotten long-term-care insurance policies for himself and his wife three years ago. So, I recently asked him who he had dealt with. He said Ray Voelkle. He had found his name on the Internet while searching for long-term care. Our friend was very pleased with his service and expertise and how smoothly Ray handled everything — over the telephone and the Internet. I got in touch with Ray and immediately knew what our friend was talking about.
